The National Sales Manager (NSM) is responsible for the overall operations and results of the sales team. The NSM will be directly reporting to the Business Unit Manager and is in charge of managing the District Sales Managers and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative reporting under him.

He ensures efficient management of assigned deliverables and implements store developmental programs relevant to brand/s. This position likewise gathers territorial feedbacks on new market trends, activities of competition and evaluates effectivity of corporate programs, to continuously develop new business.
The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative is responsible for the achievement of targeted sales in his territory and maximize product and territory potential via complete and aggressive coverage, and effective implementation of marketing programs and activities.
The PSR is also expected to create and develop accounts or customers that will lead to the productivity of the territory and eventually profitability to all concerned.
As an extension of the Company, he/she is expected to project a positive image with high morale and integrity relevant in building business and professional relationships with clients and customers.
