Dress Code

1. Most provincial employees are expected to arrive on December 15 (Sunday). Each BU will have to be responsible for the servicing of their provincial PMRs and DSMs from the airport to the lodging area. All provincial employees are booked at the Hop Inn Hotel at Tomas Morato (near QC Scout Memorial Circle). Standard check-in time is 2:00PM.

2. Employees are required to do car-pooling going to Luxent and Park Inn since the parking slots allocated for InnoGen at these hotels are very limited. Each BU and department should submit to HR their car pool list, HR will then forward the list to Luxent and Park Inn for validation. The use of Company cars that are not on the list is therefore unauthorized.

3. If you will leave your Company cars at the office, please have it parked at the basement 2 of the MNB Building but please do not block the driveways and do not park on slots reserved for our sister companies. You are also allowed to park at the Scout Bayoran compound. HR will not be responsible for Company cars that will be parked in unsafe areas.

4. All employees will be required to register their attendance daily through individual QR codes. At the registration tables, each employee will receive their Natcon ID with the QR code, raffle stub, Natcon jacket, and Natcon/BU shirt during the first day of their respective BU cascade.

5. As part of the commitment exercises for the plenary, a display of the Philippine map will be positioned at the registration area in Luxent where each employee will have to stick their individual QR codes representing their area on the map. The display will be placed there for the duration of the cascade to allow employees to stick the QR codes during their free time. Instructions about this exercise will be discussed further during the cascade.

6. Upon arrival at Park Inn, all employees should alight at the main drop off area at the ground floor (opposite the side entrance of SM the Block). A storage room at the ground floor concierge will be provided for all bags and luggage; after dropping of their bags, employees will then have to proceed to the 3rd floor lobby for the registration.

7. The car pool drivers, after dropping of their passengers, are advised to park their cars at the SM North Tower parking area. From there, the car pool drivers may take the walkway at the first level parking leading directly to Park Inn.

8. There will be booths at the 3rd floor lobby. Employees are requested to arrive at Park Inn as early as 6:00AM to be able to go around and check out what each booth has to offer.

9. Everyone is required to attend all Company designated activities. Leaving Luxent and Park Inn within the duration of the conference is not allowed; going in and out of the function room while the program is on-going is likewise prohibited. Even during the Christmas party in the evening, all employees are not allowed to leave and are expected to still be at the function hall until the end of the party. Sanctions will be given to non-complying employees.

10. Standard check in time at Park Inn Hotel is 3:00PM except for employees whose rooms will be available for early check in, the keys will be distributed by HR and Purchasing at the registration table. Those employees whose rooms will only be available for late check-in will now have to proceed to the 6th floor check-in counter to get your room keys.

11. Going up to the rooms. After the plenary from the 3rd floor, employees should go down to the ground floor concierge to get their bags. From there, they will then have to go up again to the 6th floor hotel lobby and will have to transfer to the adjacent elevator at the same floor to go up to their hotel rooms.

12. During the free time before the Christmas party, employees at their own leisure may choose to rest and/or enjoy the venue and the facilities of Park Inn Hotel, they may also do some side shopping at the nearby SM North Edsa Mall. Employees, however, are prohibited from drinking liquor and/or engage in intoxicating activities during this free time.

13. PROPER DECORUM AT LUXENT AND PARK INN SHOULD BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES. Employees should strictly follow the hotel’s rules and regulations. Let us all observe cleanliness, discipline, and exercise safety at all times.

14. Charging of extra expenses to your hotel room is prohibited. Extra orders for food or anything not provided by the Company are to the employee’s expense. Bringing in of snacks, chips, drinks, and other food items are also not allowed inside Luxent and Park Inn.
